german shepherds are my all time favourite even though i have a chocolate labrador now, which is a close second.

any of the larger bully breeds....american pitbull terrier, staffi, boxer, american bulldog etc.....

their the smartest, most loyal and most playful dogs there are. and when it comes to kids, i would sooner trust my 2 boys locked in a room full of american pitbull terriers then i would any other breed of dog.
