I think its too late now he upside down and can't move and his tail lost most of the colour I think the blood stopped flowing to the tail

looks liek burst blood vessels or internal bleeding from being beaten up by another fish...just saying because iv have lost a catfish and a plec today by my FH beating them up.

he still alive I think it might have been the pleco harassing him at night cuz during the day nothing happens

sorry mate but I think that this bichir is lost now.......if the tail gone white that means that is death! (in my opinion)
but there is a small chance of getting him back to health,it would be great if you could get an smaller aquarium for him and move him there for some time,what I mean is a quarantine aquarium,get some good filtration with an slow flow so bichir be able to safe some energy (then more energy he has than faster he will come back to health)
add some salt for aquarium use and add some antibiotics and make sure that aquarium will be placed in dark,silence area to make him feel safer and also it would be great if you could take some better pictures.
