I would go for the Obscura - mine is very active especially in the evening - it is defenately not a "bottomdweller"

Anyway Ch. Asiatica is probably near to impossible to get hold of here in Denmark

one thing: what size is the tank? i am not gonna give you any advice without knowing the exact size of the future home for the fish...

and regarding the purchase of it, you can easily get all of the mentioned in northern germany which shouldn't be too far.

Can you recommend any good german "aquaristik-laden" in the area around Lübeck ??

I'm looking for Ch. Marulioides which is somewhat impossible to get hold of in Denmark.... (as is almost any snakehead )
