Having dealt with many scammers on another forum in the past, i can tell you IP bans don't work, all they need to do is use an IP router and re-sign up...

So true... internet scammers tend to move from site to site in an area they they are familiar with... so really wouldn't be surprised to see said scammer on another board somewhere

for those who saw these classifieds adds and thought no way to good to be true you guys were smart... but to the guys blinded by the fact that they just wanted the fish so bad haha sorry...

this is what happens i think it happends a lot.. the guy post these deals says to send paypal money to this email johnallacowling@gmail.com and says that he will ship the fish and never does.. and he pockets the money without sending the fish...

i was just wondering what kind of crime is this? and can you get in trouble? if so how because i could get a lot of info on this guy haha...

from what my husband says about ebay is that he should have been banned from it? they deduct points for bad service. like broken or damaged goods? but no package at all? idk
