its a vieja maculicauda. the first pic you posted looked like a paratheraps synspilus. they both fall under the common name 'black belt' for this genus thats why most people use the scientific name over common. but these guys are bastards and can hang with the hardest. ive had one kill off a whole damn tank until he was the last one left!
