So I can tell you with a lot of certainty that the lizard on the left is a common whiptail lizard the one on the right I know for sure is a species of skink but the specific species I can not tell you without a better pic.

Nope. Only some guys from facebook that doesn't have a store I guess from what my friend told me. It is kinda a common thing in my country for people sell reptile or other exotic non-fish animal by just posting it online like without any specification. And sometimes they will only tell you if ask them directly for the price
