what kind of veggies do you feed ur cichlids

All my C.A.s eat Zucchini and Lettuce. I have alot of big Myopolus and they eat dry coleslaw. Carrots and all. The C.A. like it also.

I have Oscars and a GT and the Oscars LOVE frozen green peas, they hate carrots, not too crazy about zucchini, the GT grabs whatever they shoot out in their feeding frenzy. They also like seedless grapes, and I also feed them bell peppers when I make their food homemade.
 
Mine mostly like fruits. But in general I feed mine cichlid pellets, grapes, romane lettuce, they love mango, dubia roaches, lunchmeat(sometimes), shredded carrots, and turtle pellets, which they like more then their cichlid food :P.
 
When I had koi they would eat lemon, lime, and orange slices. Lettuce, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, kale, I had one fish that went nuts on mustard greens. If I feed them stuff now I either spend a few pennies more for organtic or grow it myself, seems like there's been a lot of pesticides and food recalls for e-coli in the past few years. Since I buy such little amounts sometimes I can get 'crushed/damaged' veggies cheap or free. It's what happens when a crate breaks and the lettuce gets bruised.

My Rainbow cichlids like Romaine lettuce and dandilion greens. My plecos love everything! They are especially fond of cantelope.
