What makes a FH?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
RTs and SRTs would be nice. Takes a while though b/c of having to do the breeding back and stuff. I wish I could find a fertile male SRT for my female one. Don't get any blood parrots, stick w/ mammon or king kong parrots. If you could get a nice green tex w/ a hump would be best. Green tex from Thailand are usually the nicest and have humps.

I currently have 30+ tanks running, and a rack system. lol.

I hope one day to open a petstore. :)

From my understanding aren't carpintis used to make GT's?
Mammon are hard, and expensive to find.

And I may be getting a KKP soon, just have to convince my buddy to get it back from his cousin. It was a fertile female too!

Yeah, I know you have to breed back like 4 times. Ugh, such a pain.. but soooo worth it!

A member here sells them and he has gotten fertile males from his batches.

That's what I thought originally, but he made me second guess.. haha.

I have like 20+ carpintis.. haha I LOVE them.

I also have the short body ones that have the parrot shape. yuck. But the fiance likes them.

Wait are they just short body or do they literally look like parrots with texas coloring.

They were listed as "short body"..

But it is the parrot shape with texas coloring, but also with a texas face.. they don't have the screwy mouth.

You talking about cjbarth with the breeding pair that's gotten fertile males?

I said GT b/c the best thing to use is a Thai GT. They're line bred to be good and usually get nice humps and produce good fry.
