Seems like a banned account login is not unique and someone can make an new account with the same name; if you click the link in my post there is a profile pic saying banned and it says 14 messages. However this user who posted has 8 messages.

Hello; I do not know how such a thing can be done but it does seem to be so. I will add this to my list of things that offend ( this time I am not kidding around because the random pointless pictures are a waste of time and computer power.)
