Okay, so anyone know if albino discus are ever available? How expensive?

Its my understanding that discus do not do well being kept singly or in any number less than 4-5. That being said, there is a color morph called 'snow white.'

That sounds really awesome. N-E has some snow whites, I imagine local prices and other dealers will gravitate somewhere around this number.

Cool. I really like how they look. Maybe the tank should be around 15-30 albino polys, and around 5-6 snow white discus? That sounds possible.

I picked option 2 but I wish I could have picked two options because I also happen to like the native idea. But instead of just a bowfin what about throwing in some pikes/muskies/yellow perch/lmb, etc.

BTW, what do you think I should use for decor? Maybe some rocks, dark driftwood, etc...

If I did the native idea, I would have done more than just the bowfin, but I think I'm stuck on option 4.
