What should I get for my 300 gallon pond?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
E-cat? Anyways I don't want something skittish so it doesnt jump out of the pond, or break the pond itself. SO no tiger for me.

Wont it completely outgrow my tank? Two huge fish bred together! I don't really like the look of the shovelnose that much anyways >.<. BUT how'd a reftail cat do with 2 koi and some varius other fish?

WOW love the first tank but bigger is better but PLEASE if i were you id go save a red tail catfish or a TSN from petsmart thay are fun and can be hand fed very easily but if you want an aro it might just get eatin but i've allways thought koi did best in cold water and redtails are tropical

but in a tank like that a red tail catfish probly won't bother anything to big to be eaten

Atreyu (Good band) with that stock list I would need HEAVY filtration. Not to mention hundred gallon water changes every week. So I'm going with this list

4 - koi
2 - Oscars
1 - Channle Catfish
3 - Synodontis Eupterus Catfish
3 - Synodontis Decorus Catfish
1 - Pleco of somesort

Atreyu yes , good band ... but please tell me you talking about the band and not the flyig dog from that fantacy movie:ROFL:
electric cat , they seem to be really active ...really active mine chaces my hands around the tank when i clean...only prob is theyre kinda ugly ...well, they grow on you ya know cool fish but i really wouldnt recomend it unless it was an absolute solitary species pond ...wlll ive heard they can live with a few certain species of cats, but skittish is the last word id use to describe this fish

electric cats are really cool and thay DO shock you it so fun to trick people into doing that but why give such a huge area to a catfish that would be more than happy in a 125 or smaller but id say if your going to get oscars get more than two thay like to school to gather so 3-5 is beter
