What size do you consider monster in a apuarium?

Just the size of the fish doesn't make it a "monster fish" I consider a plain ol' simple red belly piranha a monster fish due to its aggressiveness and etc theres plenty of "monster fish" under the size of 12 inches. Just my 2 pennies.

I had to move things in my dinning room for my 125 gallon i do I think 125 gallon is the start of monster tanks and fish wise It all depends on the fish a 6" salvini cichlid nasty as hell and can hang with fish twice it size so to me it's all about the attitude of the fish size doesn't always mean its a monster to me. You can have a 4" Freddy cichlid be nice one day the next morning you can have the other fish all dead so it's all about attitude.

i agree with hellman.....have you ever seen a school of piranha.....they can tear a fish many times its size to shreds in minutes

+1

My shoal has taken on 2 6-7" crawfish at once, it was pretty fierce. I'm not the type of owner who'd kill a nice peaceful fish tho, crawfish is a monthly snack.

Despite how many of you define "monster fish", I think Jack has monster fish and epitomizes monster fishkeeping.
