WHAT? Stingray touchpool, cut it off!

imo why keep a ray if your paranoid of the barb ive never had a prob or been stung by a ray it has happened to a few friends but .........this thread is a waste of energy

Avoiding getting stung is pretty simple, don't stick your hand into your tank. I use a grabber if I need to move things around in the tank, and on the rare occasion I have to put my hand in I know exactly where all my rays are at at all times.

i use a plastic yardstick to move worms to my rays mouths, they've learned that it being there means food.
i do put my hands into the tank to move things around, but i'm always aware of where my rays are and i move slowly and surely so as to not spook them.
