It's a fungal infection. I would just boost the temp above 86. It will go away in one or two days. If the two seem to be fighting too much seperate them, otherwise, no biggy.

I use Myacin for that kind of thing (I think that's how it's spelled) but you may want to put him in a separate tank to do it, it'll kill your bioload. Or you could try a salt bath, fungus wouldn't stand a chance.

There's two different myacins, one is better for fungus the other is more for bacteria.

Boost temp AND airation. Between the temp rise and meds, it's going to rob a lot of O2 from the water. I'd try pimafix, melafix. But that's just me. Just make sure to up the O2 level in your tank while you treat the problem. It does look like a fungal infection.
