Boost temp AND airation. Between the temp rise and meds, it's going to rob a lot of O2 from the water. I'd try pimafix, melafix. But that's just me. Just make sure to up the O2 level in your tank while you treat the problem. It does look like a fungal infection.

got melafix (this smells good) anyways, i put the fish in a 90gal, half full, a power head, a heater, a bubble wand (18inches)and followed the directions for melafix.
