Yes I would put them in a ten gallon with a filter and no heater as they grow we will know what they are

in the ten gallon should i use like half the water they are already in and then half dechlorinated water or just 100% the water they are in which is nasty water and run a filter on it?
I would use all the water and some of the gravel (if there is any) and of course use a filter. I would wait to do the water change untill after they are eating and used to their new surroundings
Ive heard of fish eggs traveling on bird's feet. Its possible a bird walked near a body of water, a few fish eggs got stuck on it, then the bird went to your tub where the eggs happened to drop in.
My uncle dug a pond for his cattle and the next year it was filled with fish even though there was nothing feeding it and it wasnt stocked!

thats a possability although im not very close to a body of water but yea i think this is the most likely.... crazy to think eggs stayed on a bird through the air all the way to a small tub in my backyard but i guess crazier things have happened
That's pretty interesting. Pretty cool too! I don't know...the bird theory seems the most likely.
