What time is it "Lights Out" in your house?

About 9Am - 2Pm . Then some time around 6Pm - 9:30Pm .

my moon lights are on from 6am to about 130pm then regular lights are on from 130 pm to 8 pm and then moon lights until 10 at night

Depends on the tank and location, but all my lights are on by noon and off by 11pm most tanks are on for 11h/d.

We just turn them on when it gets dark then off before bed.

Tank lights go off at around 11:00 PM when I go to bed and doesn't get back on until I get home from school which is around 4:00 PM.
