I have a 75 I want to add a few species to but I'm not sure on what.

Current stock:
1 large syno Notatus 7"-9"
1 large eb acara 4"-5"
1 small Bush fish 1"-2"
1 Senegal bichir 4"-6"
1 delhezi bichir 6"-8"

I want to add something for more activity at both bottom and top. I was thinking a couple red head tapajos for more overall activity. And maybe for bottom another bichir or 2? Maybe ornate? Also considering a Hoplo cat.

I love Roseline sharks but my lfs sells very small ones for $25 a piece bit I'll definitely consider that... My only worry would be bichirs eating them at night if given the opportunity

Yes. If too small then they will be missing.

In most natural biotopes, the ratio of species of cichlids and catfish is well below that of schooling fish like tetras, barbs, or live bearers. For every 2 cichlids, or 2 cats, there are often 10 schoolers, and those dithers serve as a way to make cichlids and others comfortable, and to assess and signal approach of danger.

I agree with duanes go with some dithers to fill in the tank. You got plenty of big slow fish already
