My advise, you will not like but here goes. Take back 3 of the 4 fish, keeping only the one you like best. of course in a year you'll be getting rid of that one also.

Best bet is for you to say away from anywhere you could possibly buy fish. Since you cannot control you urges to "impulse buy", I'd hate to see you add anymore "great deals" to that small tank.

Do as you like the some of the fish will survive OK and well since ya got to get rid of all of them anyhow "Who cares anyway" they're just fish.

Hopefully this advise is more to your liking, since you obviously are very unhappy with all the sound advice given previously.

You know what they say...Personal insults are the first sign that they have lost the argument. This isn't the overcrowd police. You should see how overstocked my tank is. But, they get along. This is an aggression issue. If you are going to ask for advice, you shouldn't get mad if you don't hear what you want.
