What to do with snapper

Don't worrie LIZ snappers don't have a problem traveling across land the do go at a slow speed but will still get some where if theres any water way near your house you can bet its there

The canals around here are loaded with released sliders that people didnt want.

Someone I know released 4 tiny sliders few yrs back in lake behind her house now they are rather large doing well there. At time no turtles there so they lived . I didnt live here than or would have taken them as love turtles.

She bought them as quarter size kept them in those plastic tiny turtle islands after couple months let them go they thrived and grew but ofcourse they arent snappers but I would think if conditions are correct any turtle would thrive.

Thank you Louie...well i quess conditions are right... summer time..no hunters and no humans walking through the big swamps etc.. i hope he is having a ball ..thanks for all the optismism.... makes me feel a whole lot more confident that things went right..
