bull shark?
Plecos are great tankmates for almost everything. Just make sure you don't buy that grows to 3" or one that grows to 24".
I mean any freshwater shark for a home aquarium.

Be careful with anything called a "shark". It usually means 'hyperactive barb that will grow huge" bala, cigar, and others are to big for a 75. Roseline are smaller, but expensive, and IMO not as nice. if you find an appropriately sized "shark", it should work. Look at videos of other people's tanks with the fish you want before buying them! Just because it moves around in the lfs doesn't mean it normally does.

What you want is something peaceful for your mid level. Roseline barbs are actually ideal

Most of the 'sharks' aren't ideal

Oh, I see. If I will get Roseline barbs, how many should I get? I learned that they prefer each other's company.
As for the congo tetras, how big can they grow? I've checked on them and they look so beautiful.

That's good then. I think I can include 3 or 4 of them. Do they eat rhizome plants as well?

That's good to know. I'm planning to set it up this week including the tank decorations. Is frozen food like brine shrimps better than flakes for the Roseline barbs?

Roselines are omnivores, so I would not feed them just brine shrimp, Some cooked spinach and peas, lettuce etc should be offered as well. Any fish will do better on fresh than dried, as far as I know, but I would offer flakes every now and then just in case there is some nutrient I am neglecting.
