While working a popper through some lily pads I caught a huge bullfrog, and I watched as a gull swooped down and picked up my buddies top water lure while reeling it in. That was one ticked off gull when we were trying to remove the treble hooks.
The wackiest non living thing Ive caught was a pair of sunglasses while bottom fishing.
Living, off the top of my head, Ive caught a gull, plenty of frogs, a huge salamander, squid, plenty of snails, a hermit crab, and a few octopus.

I caught one time some kind of dolphin fish or something at a nearby lake. I was fishing and I castes really far and I feel a slight pull and go crazy and in like 10 minutes I reel in this like 2' snake looking fish I think it was called a dolphin fish I don't remember. And another time on the Delaware river I was fishing and using worms and I cast out and after I think it's a huge carp or walleye I reel in a huge *ss snapping turtle! It took like 30 minutes to reel in and it was huge! Like 20"! Then I just paddled back to shore and let some huge bulky fisherman get it off lol he was too big for me to catch! I was terrified

I caught the sun with 2 pound test and then me and the sun went and got a slush puppie then it was winter time
