What was your first fish?

Red Eye Tetra, along with a few others 4 1/2 years ago. Red is the only one still swimming in my community tank.

First fish for me happened to be some redbelly Piranhas that a friend of mine gave me-
2 weeks after that I was setup with a shoal of Gold macs and the chaos started from there on out...

My very first fish was a betta when I was a little kid.

I really didn't know any better and neither did my parents, so we kept it in a bowl, it lasted a few months really at most.

2 feeder goldfish I won at a street fair. They lasted oh... all of 5 hours. Of course they were from a crappy fish store and in the bag for most of the day... They were in a 1 gallon aquarium. Then I got guppies. 1 lasted about 2 weeks and the other lasted maybe 4 months. Then I got a 10 gallon and got serpae tetras, red eye tetras, tiger barbs, a siamese algae eater, and when all of those died I got a dojo loach. It died after 2 days, then I got a rainbow shark which I still have. And I just got a 29 gallon, so what will I think of next? yeah that was a bit in-depth... well anyway, there's my life story.
