What was your first tank

10 gallon package deal with mollies, sword tails and tiger barbs. Then I got a couple of 25's, a fifty, a 120 ...
 
My first would have to be a 5 gal when i was 7 yrs. It housed goldfishes for about a year then a catfish, then a crayfish, then some blue gills with tadpoles....since then I've always had a fish tank...and i still got the tank in the garage..it still holds water...
 
My acrylic tank still holds water as well, but I used it to keep crickets when I bred geckos and I got it too close to a heat lamp and warped one corner so the top no longer fits on it lol

my start was with a odd tank which was 3 foot deep but you could only fill it with 18 inch of water. i remember being told i never had to do a water change as the air section caused it to become clean but i never figured that one out :screwy::ROFL:
 
My first was a 10 gallon given to my family by a friend along with angelfish, corys, and I think it had a goldfish in there too.
 
my first tank is the one we have now lol, it's 35l (not sure what that is in gal) and has 6 inhabitants, 5 x fancy goldfish and 1 plec(o). They're all real nice and the kids love them. When my youngest grows up a little more (he's only 3 at the moment), I'll be building an outdoor pond which will be about 1m x 1m x 60cm deep. Don't know what fish we'll have in there though!
 
13 years ago I got my first tank after I got my first apartment. 40 gallon with 2 red bellies that turned out to be a breeding pair. I have loved fish keeping and especially piranha ever since!
