call them to make sure that the order is CANCELLED and call your credit card company and let them know ahead that the order has been cancelled and if they ever charge your card, block it or at least alert you before they let the charges go through.
alright actually yeah i am calling them right now...they always say," ok we will call you once it has been cancelled" but I will call right now-Thanks.
OK so I just called and they said they will give me a call AGAIN when they can talk..SOOO LUcky for me it was a man this time and lets just say I clearly got my point across that I wanted my order cancelled...SO they should be cancelling my order pronto!
Well, I ordered a dozen baby p on the 31st, called the next day and talked to nicole, and she said that they will call when they ship the package later on that night, I never recieved any calls later that day, but at this point I wasnt too worried, maybe they were really busy..
2 days later I logged in to my aquascape account, and noticed that the order status still said pending, so I email their customer service too let them know whats going on, never recieved a reply..
Finally yesterday I get 2 phone calls, 1 from a spanish speaking woman, telling me that the order will be placed that night, and I should recieve the fry the following morning at 10:30am, 2nd phone call was from a gentleman who worked there saying the same thing, that the package will be at my house at 10:30... 2 people saying that the package will be here, and yet to see no package... its 1:33p at the moment
apparently nicole is sick, and nobody at aquascape at the moment can deal with the shipping...
I wonder why they havent charged my credit card yet, i hope they dont charge me and ship the package randomly on a day that I have work... man this is irritating

ae aquatics is the best, alex is the man, he shipped out my piranha 30 minutes after I ordered it. : )
