UPDATE: I got back in touch with Aquascape, Talked to nicole and she set everything right. After talking to her, she told me that she was sick for a few days, and pedro was out in California, and no one else does the shipping.

Well anyways, she made sure my shipping was out that day, and i recieved them the next morning, in great condition.

Definately doing buisness with them again, thanks nicole!!!

me too, I really dont know the other people who work at aquascape, but nicole by far had the best customer service, next time I do buisness with them, ill ask straight for her or pedro.

Wow After reading this I'm so glad I did not order from aquascape. I dont even know how this guy was able to get on fox news with jeremy wade either.
