With you get a cross RD like fish, Kamfa like fish, and mostly an inbetween. Some will have red eyes, some white.
Exactly so let's narrow this down. When crossing a flowerhorn + flowerhorn you will get mixed genetics from both fish correct?

Yes. For example if.you mix Blood Parrot x ZZ Flowerhorn. You would get some that look zz like the dad, few parrot looking fish possibly even kirin, some kamfa flowerhorn, and some misc oddball that fall inbetween.

I agree that this is a rather naieve question, no offense intended. What makes them a "breed" specifically is the years and sometimes decades of crossing and line breeding that have made them that way and made them consistant. There is no kind of flowerhorn that can be made from two other kinds or two other fish in an F1 pairing.
Breed some platies or something and you'll find out a little more about genetics : )

Not how Bonsai are made and it is possible to a get a few Kirin Parrot. To get Kirins are a larger quantity you have to line breed them. You can get short bodies from the cross but they are not Bonsai. Bonsai Flowerhorn and other "Balloon" fish aren't Parrot crosses.
Think about petsmart as well. Have you seen all the crap they are selling as red texas and red dragon flowerhorn? I haven't seen one real rt and only a few rds in oklahoma... but there have been a ton of random fish. They are honestly trying to make rts and rds, but most of them are just random mutts. This is what happens when you try to breed fish. it takes at least 5 generations to breed in a trait with any consistency.
Ok that's what I was asking and no I dont need to go breed platies I had a simple question as to the genetic make up of the fish, I realize there is more to it that 1+1 so that's my bad for not clarifying that
