if a park ranger, cop, ect. catches me after i have just cought a snakehead and im trying to take it home what will they do? with that in mind, where is the closest place to catch one from st louis?

if you even try it,you'll be fined i think its around 500 per fish maybe even some jail or community survice,my buddy Joe actually got caught with some at his shop heres the article his shop is right up the road

if you had yours before the law was passed is it still ilegal to own? be mel gibson has a whole humidor full of cuban cigars because his father purchaced them before they were ilegal and he can have em?:ROFL:

no, that's grandfather laws. He had them before they were illegal, so those are fine. SH are now illegal, so getting them after the fact is no excuse
 
ohh yea i relize that. i dont plan on getting one and goin to jail.lol. im just asking if someone had one before the law was passed, would they get in trouble for having it?
