what would you rather have

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Well - Maybe so, but replacing the 4.0 with the Chrysler V6's and other junk.... bad bad move.

once again not knowing your price range....

Heck, just get a Mercedes or BMW V-12

Dare I say Bentley V-12 Twin Turbo...

Dixon - sounds like you've made up your mind. Go get one.

Otherwise, consider Audi, or Nissan's current sporty vehicles.

not made up my mind yet, i worked for both mazda and toyota years ago hence the cars i looked at and was set on a celica until recently.
now im not sure and wondered if i should broaden my horizons.

$25000 g's or maybe streach to a little more depending when i buy.
prices in the UK will vary from the US though.
i can pick up any of the cars mentioned within that price range including the S2000 but cant have that, only 2 seats.

Rally - LOVING THE OWL! And yes really :) My Jeep speaks for itself ;)

While Audi aren't that sporty, Nissan makes the 350z... with the Audi twin, TT - don't know about rear space though.

I had a ZJ with a 4.0 for a few years, I'm just railing you:)

Rally - gotcha :) Not to derail, but how was the ZJ? I have absolutely no complaints about the XJ except for the lack of lockers. Have had it for 5 years.

I miss my S2000:cry:

With a $25,000 budget and the only stipulation being a mandatory four doors, I'd consider a VW GTI, Subaru WRX, Mitsubishi Evolution, BMW 3 series, or Chrystler 300.

Coming from an S2000 to a "real world" vehicle, I found myself looking at the cars mentioned above. In the end, however, I ended going the truck route and picked up a 2003 Nissan Frontier Supercharged. Biggest mistake I've made to date. Terrible gas mileage and virtually no power. Needless to say, she's going this summer and I'll have a new car in the stable.
