What would you stock a 400g with?

What do you think about an RTM? I dont have any experience with this fish but a buddy was telling me about them the other day. I really like their colors. Could adding one to the mix cause any potential problems? (I understand its all about individual fish)
Massive shimmering schools of tetras, lemon, bleeding heart, black skirt, neon... mixed with schools of small catfish, plants, sand, rock and giant driftwood. the possibilities!

I really like the effort, but Im pretty sure the tetras would be lunch almost immediatly. I already have some of the stock (Arowana and CA/SA cichlids) but just looking to fill it out a bit more.
Thanks for the input, however as I stated in the orginal post, Rays are illegal in Texas. I would love to keep them though...
I also already have a Black Arowana for the tank. Its the main reason I am setting this tank up.
Rapps has some wild caught Astronotus crassipinnis Rio Araguaia right now. Wild Oscars are where its at.

What about a Red Tiger Motaguense? Does anyone have experience with these fish? Would I be pushing the aggression limits to add another Parachromis to the mix?
Lots of big bichirs and datnoid. Maybe an Arowana or two.
