What would you stock a 400g with?

I would keep some thinbar,widebar,hard bellied,tiger, spotted, and red hook silver dollar school!

That sounds like a perfect setup and I would love to do it, but its illegal to keep rays in Texas....
No one reads anymore... You could try a fire eel or TT eel, but only if you could find one large enough. For a cat I'd get a tig or a jur. Flagtail is a must IMO. RTM should fit your tank just fine. Also I would suggest H. Bocourti and H. Pearsei. Both large "peaceful" cichlids.
Thanks for reading. Its gets exhausting have to tell people the same thing over and over. I have really been thinking about an eel.
I like the guys idea of 1000 neons to be honest...
Personally I'd remove everything except the arro. Then I'd stock with different species of peacock bass, and another arro or two. Maybe throw a rtc in there just because they're fun to watch grow.
