What you feed your Cichla?

Mine don't eat pellets yet... Just grab and spit.

They eat...

- Market shrimp
- Fish fillet
- Bovine meat
- Chicken meat
- Frozen whole fishes

And sometimes live fishies and live shrimp. Not picky eaters, IMO. :biggrin:

Nope. I just cut off some chunks when preparing food... Just raw fat-free pieces of chicken. The same procedure I use with bovine meat.

Oh, and they LOVE IT!!! Check the chicken-full belly in the pic attached.
