LOL, you are too new to jump ahead and judge. To have the audacity to say that, is absurd. If you look at my previous threads you would be aware of what type of person I am. My goal in life is to eat as healthy as possible, live as long as possible, and let people know around me of the unhealthy food scams that is going around in the market.

Sorry if you feel that way, feel free to be my guest and eat junk food. It's your life not mine, do what you want with it. I am just sharing my opinion.

I worked out every single day since 2011, I'm sixteen years old too. At my age my metabolism is sky rocketing. I can't gain an ounce. You can think I'm fat all you want ;)
 
The title says it all.

I eat garlic, onion, broccoli, and tomatoes daily. Raw too.

What do you eat daily, that is healthy?
People must move away from you on the train. Lol seriously though I eat steamed broccoli, raw carrots, and occasionally corn. Plus plenty of apples and bananas.

Actually the coolest thing about citric fruits are the fact they get rid of the garlic smell. Seriously, look it up.

However, I do eat raw garlic and onion. I only eat it at night. So the smell is gone by morning and before I go meet someone or go in public I squeeze some lime and lemon juice. I get my vitamin C and nice smelling breath from them.
