I would say no. But if you love it, eat it.

Milk is good for you, but not in America! Most milk in America are full of antibiotics, hormones, and etc.
I tried milk in America before, it tasted like nothing. Literally, try milk in Europe. It is 10 times thicker, tastier, and healthier.

You can argue as to if it is healthy or not but I usually eat about 2 lbs of meat per day.
