What's a good canister with no bypass?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
350 is a very old filter It was around in the 90's. It does have some weaknesses. I've read it's a good polisher but falls short with the rest. For the money C-Series is better. I have two 406's like them allot very easy, been told just follow recommended maintainence. It calls for new rings and propeller every year about $25.00 for the whole kit.

Eheim classic for me.

Classics usually come with media and are reusable.

Priming is easy. I let gravity do that for me.

No bypass, no noise. Love 'em

Anyone have experience with magnum pro 350 with the wet/dry biowheel parts?

They are small, fragile a PITA to reassemble and are power hogs......but, I do still have one running after about 20 years as a supplemental filter on one of my tanks in the garage. Emperor 400 is way more bang for the buck.
