Whats in the bag

I just want to reiterate an important fact that has been overlooked. Just in case there are some who thinks the statement of 'getting a new fish' made was a way of trying to milk a vendor. It's not. The facts are that if it is a defect was missed in the past. Another fish was offered by Wet Spot without the customer asking. As a vendor, they do accept the responsibility of their inadvertent error. They do their best to make a wrong to a right, and remedy the situation in a timely manner. These are the facts.

Agreed... not pissed at ws they are great and you all knowe i dont bad mouth vendors on a public forum... have gotten deformed fish, sick fish, damaged fish broken finlets frayed fins, ammonia issues some times dead fish to name a few from a few different vendors imo they are minor issues (except dead and severly deformed) and would never try and hurt someones business, but as vncouver stated it is the vendors responsiblity to ensure that the customer gets a good quality fish, also completely up to the vendor on how they deal with these issues... their reputation not mine.

Im curious if the opinion of accepting what ever the vendor sends would be tolerated had it been a missing eye, pec fin, say a deformed tail that doesnt grow back, bent spine.... mhhh maybe its because the fish was inly 80 bucks and not 300
