Very nice pattern on him. One of the things I love best about gar is the speckling most of them get under their jaw. We just don't see it very much because we're always looking at them from the side or the top .

My favorite part of this tropical is those two spots you can see in its tail where there is a vivid white. I've been joking with my girlfriend that it's 2% leucistic.

Just fed the tank for the first time since his addition. This guy went nuts for tilapia and krill. Guess his previous owner saved me the hard work.
