I was actually torn between the nigerian and bv was thinking the nigerian would be cool just so we could argue over it.

nice pickup dude. Also love the feedbacks about the vendors. I think hobbyists need to know the good, bad, and the really bad experience.

Too many endlis on this forum... I'm getting sick of it. I need to see some more green from the laps or something.

I've never ordered fish online. (My LFS is Wet Spot so I can pick the exact fish I want.)

Do you normally get to see the fish first, and pick the one you want (if there are multiples)? Or do you just say "I want a BV Endli" and they pick a random one for you?

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed in Wet Spot for sending a jacked up fish like that and not doing better than a 15% credit. With the moke they did the right thing with a replacement offer and that is what they should have done with the BV. This has made me leery of ordering from them online. Since Im only a couple hours away, I guess I would want to see the fish Im buying so I dont get some horrible deformed fish.

Yeah i like wetspot but 2 out of 3 is well... meh will definitly order other fish from them but not polys

So the lap you ordered is considered just a Faranah lap? No Guinea in the name like mine was called? Cause yours has a very distinct organized pattern while mine is just more swirly and disorganized.

Didnt see it off a stock list we were texting.
Dont want to open another can of worms but what else could it be ? Faranah is in guninea lol

Nope you dont get to see the fish, they pick it for you, even when i bought my BV in wetspot they dont show you the fish.

None of the vendors i have ever ordered from offered this. I probably wouldnt either think about how many nonesense texts or phone calls thatwould invite. I would imagine if something were really expensive then pics could be provided but who knows

Interesting. I guess with many fish there aren't huge appearance differences, but with something like bichirs or say discus, they can be quite different.

I guess that would be a lot for a vendor to manage.

toyin also took care of me with a $50 credit to future order when he sent me a crooked head koliba. I did have to send pics to prove it to him though
