If you own the house, just reinforce the floor, and put some braces underneath the tank. Should be ok then.

good to hear your tank is still up, im gonna do a 240 wide on the 3rd floor this summer. good thing is that underneith where to tank will go is a roll of closets on the 1st/2nd floor so that should up hold pretty well =)
