I used to work with a guy who told me he would stick pieces of pizza in with some oscars that he had and watch them tear it up...that probably not good for the water quality.

How old is it now? What size? What size tank? Sorry for all the questions but the way you were talking it sounded like this fish is older then time.
Strangest things I fed my fish...hmmm. I fed a Fruit Loop piece to a betta once. I had a friend who gave his a Spree and it killed it. Gave a bit of ham to the oscars once...not that strange. Also gave the oscars oranges...also not very strange. Fed bagle bites to bluegills in the pond. Thats all I can think of.
I feed my RTG with mice beef. Result very positive, size grown bigger and red color very strong.
there was once when i am an active NS man, we rear an pearl arowana, we rarely hv time to book out so wht we do is that we get ourselves a glove, and catch those thg call monitor lizard that stick on tree truck (it will change colour one).
