speaking of mice i did once feed my piranhas a pink baby mouse. not as fun as the stillborn baby puppy, but quite a show

it was really cruel of you to feed the puppy. u already said that it struggle when u drop it into the water, means it was alive.
i hope you wont do such cruel things to animals. esp so when they are not meant to be feeders.

I fed by Male Betta little maggots when I was out of food for a week. He loved them. lol

Lizards (green anole), house gecko's, frogs, june bugs, moths, big damn mosquito's, crawfish, plus super worms, earthworms and nightcrawlers all with no ill effects. Back when I had my oscar, I did find that the more live meaty stuff I fed him like lizards and frogs, the more agressive he got. It got to where I was afraid to put a finger in the tank because he would try to tear it off.

one of my first tanks i had was a 55 gallon with 6 red belly piranhas in it. one day the neighbor's cat drug in (what i thought was) a stillborn baby puppy. not sure what kind it was, but it was about 4 inches long with no hair. i dropped him in the tank and it immediately start squirming. sure enough this attracted the piranhas and within 2-3 minutes there was nothing left but a bloody mess and a chewed up carcass. pretty kicka$$ :headbang2

I will keep my words to myself but so far as my thoughts go

A STILL BORN BABY PUPPY DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY START TO SQUIRM IF IT IS STILL BORN :irked::irked::irked:

I can only hope you knick your finger when cleaning a piranha tank and dont notice till its to late
