I am into fish alot. And beside snails, I havent breed anything, I got some guppies but when the females got pregnent they died. But I dont like talking about that. NOw what kind of fish are easy to brre, and to breed I can just like put in a net breeder, have them drop their eggs, then take them out so not to be diturbed? And what do I feen them? Dont I feed them drops of hardboiled egg yolk mixed with water? I have some blood worms will they work? HELP

Convicts, interesting, can I put them in a breeder net and have them lay eggs there? Do i need to do anything special. And a no for mollies, they require specific peramiters to mate.

I am not sure about the net with convicts. But they breed easy and frequent. In my opinion, they are the easiest and best to breed if you want lots of babies and what them fast. From what I understand, you dont need any special equipment or special conditions. As long as you have decent filtration, heater, feed them good, some places for them to lay eggs etc, then they'll do just fine.

Oh, and the convicts are good parents, they dont eat their eggs or frys. I suggest having a pair alone, they get very aggressive if other fish are around them while they breed and have frys. Really crushed up fish flakes can be fed to the babies and even bloodworms might not be bad. They also make special food to feed frys, since its small for them to eat.

the easiest fish to breed besides livebearers which mollies are live bearers, are danios, they are group spawners

nrrrrr :screwy::screwy::screwy:
mollies are livebearers!!!!!!!!!!!

danois are not easy to breed
try getting some convicts
you will need a 20 gallon tank
a male and a female
try getting them around 4 inches
but if you are patient its cheaper to just get a bunch of babbies cons and grow them up
they will breed when they become of size

o yeah
you need one important thing for convicts to breed... time.. it takes about a month for adult convicts to breed once they are placed in a tank
they are good parents so you dont need anything special

Ha maybe not easy for you, but for the rest of the world their easy as h#ll to breed. And like i said before danios are group spawners so each time you breed them your looking at a minimum of 200 to 500 fry. I breed my danios on a regular basis, that way i have a constant supply for my affys
