Personally I have never caught a Marlin in my tank, so I would have to say they would be the hardest fish to catch in an aqaurium. Lol.

The hardest fish I've ever netted have to be my otos. Fast little devils and they like to hide in the corners where the net doesn't fit easily. I've actually had one burry himself to avoid capture.....
