What's the hardest fish to catch in an aquarium?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
My JD's are a pain in the bottom to try to catch!

When I did, it literally tore up my tank! Everything went out of place, and it just was chaos and water everywhere!

Worst part is they are still quite tiny... only at roughly 3-4 inches? ...

I"ve had a few catfish destroy some nets that I've had for years.

With the Clown loaches, even after I net them, they escape the net before I can get it to the top and out of the water. They really piss me off. :swear:

tetras from planted tanks. Any fish from planted tanks.. lol

And if you do actually get'em up, they lodge their face spines (don't know the real name) in the net worst than plecos, and you either get stabbed or rip your net getting them out of it

Khuli loaches are tough, because you have to find them in the substrate first.

Giant Danios are speed demons.

My Florida Gar was a PITA to catch. I was so cautious with him. I didn't want him to freak out and break his nose/back when I moved him.

My dojo loach can be tricky sometimes. He's so long its hard to get his whole body at times.

Try catching neon tetras in a heavily planted 20 while drunk. :swear:
