What's the last thing you thought you lost? but....

What's the last thing you thought you lost, but it turned up later? There are times when I can't find something. I search my house for 30 minutes, trying to find my keys, or cig's, or whatever. Then I look where I know I've already searched, but this time I find them! ***So, I'm wondering if this ever happens to you?

Took the wrong bus, I lost my way home. Turns out it was just right around the corner from where I alighted. LOL!

This morning I was desperately searching for my keys, which were in my pocket. I often can't find my glasses when they are on my face. I also lose my wallet alot which is very scary.

Lost my hairbrush, found it in an over night bag a day later.
I guess I was planning to go on a trip? No idea how it got there.

I always do this, my wife swears if she was not here I would not be able to function. I am always putting things in random places; she has found the remote and my wallet in the freezer multiple times.
