What's the most aggressive cichlid out there??

Aren't Taeniacara Candidi males often hyper aggressive? Seriously Fish indicates reports of males actively seeking and destroying all other males in a 48" tank...keep in mind this is a 3" cichlid.

Scale that up to big cichlid size and it'd be like a bigger fish actively killing something in a tank of thousands of gallons!

Yeah he was brutal. I still have scars on my right hand from that guy....
 
Had a 10 inch midas that was ruthless. She was pretty brutal to anything. Had to keep her by her lonesome. She would bite anyone who stuck their hands in there but me. She apparently knew the hand that feeds.

Convicts are very aggressive especially with babies, i have experience them chasing dovii and oscars to one side of the tank.
 
Dovii hands down. Has tried to bite me during tank cleaning and has knocked the glass tops out of place. Big and mean as hell. Attempted to put a blackbelt in there and was bit in half after 2 hrs

i think like this! and I saw an angel push in the corner several times a 12 inches cichlasoma synspilum that killed two oscars of the same size the week efore...but if i have a choice to do, in my experience, ill choose the crenicichla marmorata
