Baby Bull sharks
Adult bull sharks

My 2 cents box jellyfish has the fastest acting and deadliest venom on the planet. A sting on the leg can kill a healthy adult in under 3 minutes. There is actually a deadlier jellyfish they have found now though... The iracongi ... The question asked was deadliest in a aquarium and I'd have to say Synanceia verrucosa the reef stonefish...

iracongi.
period.
nothing else compares.
its the deadliest creature on earth, therefore, the argument is over, lol. if its the deadliest on earth, its obviously the deadliest in an aquarium.

If were talking about just aquarium fish, then the top 3 are cone snails, blue ringed octopi, and reef stonefish.
Outside aquariums, its iracongi, a type of box jelly.

surely blue ringed octopus!!!
