I'm going to have to say a full grown GATF is the most physically scary aquatic animal. and the most dangerous aquatic animal WITHOUT posion. I'll go with the blue ring for overall kill you the fastest.

I've kept a blue ring octopus years ago,luckily I had enough sense not to molest it like some people like to do with puffers.

Ha Ha I think its a catfish called the candiru,when it gets in far enough its spines lock in place to secure it.
