Mine would have to be the black tip reef shark.

I don't know of anyone who has a big enough tank to support even one.
:nilly: Drives me mad whenever I see one in a tank :nilly:

I don't know of anyone who has a big enough tank to support even one.

there is a guy on here with a few sharks. He has a HUGE pond/tank. I think it was 15000 gallons.

I still don't think thats big enough.

Imo, they should be left in the ocean.

If you saw this tank you would change your mind. It's like 20 X 20 x 4 or something. The sharks have tons of room and he takes excellent care of them.

As long as it receives proper care and is not being kept illegally, there is no fish I don't like to see in the hobby.

PACU, PIMA, RTC, PANGASIUS

( because 99% will be badly kept )

I think if there was someway to view a % on all fish badly kept, it would be really high. Only fish I think should not be kept in they hobby are endangered or threatened species. I do think it would be nice to have a better system to keep track of where fish that grow beyond 30" get sold to and be able to ensure they can support them, but I don't see it ever happening.

I think I know who you're talking about, but I still think they need thousands of MILES. They need to swim all the time, and I wouldn't even think about keeping them. But thats what we call opinions. :D

Miguel, I think red tail catfish's are abused a lot in the hobby because of their cheap price, and their availability. But, most of the people I know who have RTCs, in my opinion, can house them properly. Arapaima though, yeah no. Haha

Definately pacus and rtcs..why petsmart even carries pacus boggles the mind
