What's the patch on my fh head ? How can i treat this

Hey guys new to the forum need help with my friends fh, he has this patch for a while now can i know how to treeat this ?

Looks like a heater burn to me. Not a whole lot you can do to directly treat it. It will heal with time, but I don't think the color and pearls will ever be like they were.

Could be heater burn. Clean water should be good enough.

Clean water, API aquarium Salt, stress coat as a water treatment. I have seen these types of injuries, and delt with them multiple times with my flowerhorns. However......if after 3-5 days its not looking better and has cotton like growth growing from it at a rapid rate you need to look into other treatment options.
